[Ubuntu]Adjusting the display time of Gnome menu

Simply type: echo "gtk-menu-popup-delay = 0" >> ~/.gtkrc-2.0

then close and re-open your session.

The time needed to open Gnome is menu is supressed and the sub-menus will open faster.
