Follow up of track changes







Microsoft Word pocess an efficient tool for track changes .

During a correction, edit, modificiation of a document , it may happen that you wish to view modification made to your document. This tool allows you to view all the changes made to your documents.

You must however activate this function to access it.

When this function is enabled, Words will use a special mark for indicating corrections (highlighted in red)

Activation Track changes


To enable this setting :
  • Open word and in the menu bar:
    • Go to: Tools > Track Changes and do same to disactivate this function.
  • For Word 2007, simply select the Review menu, the Track Changes option will be in the Tracking section

(Ctrl+Shift+E)




Accept/refuse changes


Right click on the highlighted word and select Accept/Ignore.
