Xubuntu – Changing Desktop appearance(Nautilus)
When using explorer Nautilus (especially for Gnome) with Xubuntu, it is probable that when launching Nautilus, The desktop is no longer manage by XFCE, but with GNOME
The command
--no-desktop of Nautilus enables you to preserve the desktop appearance of XFCE. This will prevent Xubuntu from starting with Gnome.
It is recommended to start Nautilus using the command
nautilus--no-desktop instead of
Nautilus.
