It may happen that when uploading files as attachment under Outlook Express, it takes a long time and finally do not send same to recipients.

This may be due to high volume size of the file which however unable it to send.

To be able to send your files, you can opt to send it under different files attachment and send same through different e-mails.

The first solution consists of compressing the files into several ZIP files using your habitual tools(WinZip, 7-Zip, PowerArchiver, Winrar, etc)


Otherwise, Microsoft Outlook Express has a feature to automate the cutting attachments too large.
However Microsoft outlook Express has an option that cutting too large attachment automatically.

To enable this option:

Click on “Tools” and select « Accounts »

Click “Mail”.

Select the email accounts

Click on “Advanced” and check the option “Split messages higher than”

Then grab the maximum size allowed.

Then press “OK” to confirm configuration.
