Starting Windows in a specific mode

There is no requirement to specify a mode. If you do not, Windows starts in the mode most appropriate for your system.
Windows normally start in the mode the most appropriate for your system as there any specific reason to specify in which mode you wish to start windows.
However depending on your requirements, you may actually decide to start windows in a specific mode even if same is not the most efficient for your operating system.Below is listed an indication of how to start windows in several mode.
Solution
To perform this, you should type in the command line of windows to start in the way you actually wish.
- 1. Standard Mode : Type win/s ( The standard mode allow to use printers and shared folders that is under other computers but they cannot however access your printers or folders.
- 2. Extended Mode : Win/3 ( This option allow to run Windows mode 386 even if your system has less than 4mb memory size which is the minimum requirement for running in 386 mode.
