How to add signature under ThunderBird
Thunderbird allows you to input your signature or a text at every mail that you send automatically.
To create your signature , first of all, right click on your desktop and select “
NewContent
” > “
Text Document” that you will save under html format for example , (c:\program files\Mozilla thunderbird\signature.txt).
To attach the signature to your thunderbird account, select “
Tools” and click on “
Account settings”. Select and cross the email account in which you wish to attach the signature.
Then click on “
Choose” to browse your signature file and confirm by clicking on <gras>OK.
