How to add signature under ThunderBird







Thunderbird allows you to input your signature or a text at every mail that you send automatically.

To create your signature , first of all, right click on your desktop and select “NewContent
” > “Text Document” that you will save under html format for example , (c:\program files\Mozilla thunderbird\signature.txt).

To attach the signature to your thunderbird account, select “Tools” and click on “Account settings”. Select and cross the email account in which you wish to attach the signature.

Then click on “Choose” to browse your signature file and confirm by clicking on <gras>OK.
