Unable to open attachment with Outlook Express
E-mail attachment is one of the main sources of virus infection of computer’s system. When receiving e-mail attachment with outlook express. Outlook may prevent you from opening the attachment as your security level may be very high. To enable opening of attachment, your should check your e-mail security settings:
First of all, open Outlook express and click on “
Tools” in the menu bar and scroll to “
Option”.
Then select Security tab and uncheck option “
Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus”.
Then confirm by clicking on
“OK”.
