Issue


Due to an error of type "0x800C0133" messages no longer appear in Outlook Express

Solution

  • Check that the size of files in the inbox not exceed 2GB
  • Clean or delete messages in the file Inbox.dbx
  • To retrieve messages from the mailbox, you can install dbxtrack which allows to extract messages
