Do you need a fix IP for remote connection?

An Internet Service Provider will usually provide a user with a fix IP address that cannot be changed by the user himself. This number is used by another computer to locate each other on the Internet.

To be able to access a remote connection, users have seldom thought that they needed a fix IP number.

Truth


It is true that you will need to know your fixed IP to be able to connect to your computer to the Internet but, however, there are some alternative solutions that you can use to fix this issue.
One of them is to make use of a DNS service that will allow the users to get connected to the Internet with a dynamic IP address.

How does it work?


A user must be registered to a DNS service first to be able to access the service. Once the user gets connected to the Internet by using a dynamic IP address, his computer will make contact with the DNS service to which he subscribed to and by those means get the IP address that he was making use of at first hand.
