I have lost the Recycle bin on my desktop when I turn on my computer. How to find and restore it on my desktop?

Solution

  • For Vista / Seven:
    • Click on "Start Menu / All Programs / Accessories / Windows Explorer".
    • In the left column, select "Recycle Bin" and drag to "Desktop".
  • For XP:
    • Click on "Right Click Desktop / Properties/Desktop tab/ Customize Desktop" .
    • Select the items that you want to show or hide.
