Windows Live Messenger no longer displays my contacts.

Solution


Since September 16, 2009 Microsoft requires users of WLM 7.5, 8.1 or 8.5 to upgrade their version of Windows Live Messenger to get the 2009 version. Here is a suitable alternative: it is an anti patch update offered by the site wikikou (french website) allowing users to WLM 8.1 or 8.5 to keep their MSN.
