Issue




When buying a complete HP computer set equipped by the HP One Touch keyboard, sometimes the keyboard's side keys such as Internet, E-mail, Search, Mute/Volume, sleep, shutdown etc. don't respond. This means the keyboard driver isn't installed or is missing.

Solution


In order to enable these keys you will have to download the driver and install it in your system.
