How to install a font?

If you want to use a new policy under Windows:

There are many sites that offer fonts for download, the best known is dafont, available here: http://www.dafont.com/
From there you can browse the different categories to find your preferred font.

Installing a font

Once you found a policy, check first that it is compatible with Windows,(normally there are notifications: download PC/MAC OS X or only PC or MAC). Then click on Download, download the file (which will probably be compressed) and then place the font files (. Ttf,. Otf,. Fon) into C:\Windows\Fonts for Windows XP.

For Vista, once you unzip the file, right-click it and select "Install".
