How to report bad behavior online, cheating, etc. ... the PSN?

In the case that you are playing a game, online, on your PS3 you want to report bad behavior online, cheating or someone insulting others and even making spawn-kill ...

It's very simple, there is a way to expose these concersto PlayStation Network (PS2, PS3 or PSP) in order to block the online ID of the person causing trouble. Of course, this only works with evidence and games registered by PSN.
