Reorganize the Start menu








It is possible to reorganize the "Start Menu" if Vista if you don't like it. here's how:

Accessing the Start menu
  • Under Vista, this file is hidden so you must change the option to display files.
  • Display hidden files and folders:
  • Start/Control Panel /older Options /Display/ Check "show hidden files and folders" /Apply/OK
  • The folder "Start Menu" is located in:
  • C: \ProgramData\ Microsoft \Windows\Start Menu


Reorganization
  • From this folder, you can easily rearrange your "Start Menu" by creating folders and move your shortcuts to your liking.
