LG KU990 Viewty Light: No CD or stylus






Issue
If you ordered a LG KU 990 online and upon receiving your phone, there is no CD for the computer or the stylus.

Solution
  • If the CD is missing , go download the program on the LG website.
  • Direct link to download the software;http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/client/app/B2CAppSetup.exe
  • Or by searching the site (much longer process):
  • Go to the website of LG
  • Go to the "Products"tabs and click on "Manual & Software"
  • Click on "Go to the section Manuals & Software Downloads"
  • Run the downloaded application
  • Then another window opens, click on CS
  • A new window opens, type the EMEI (use the following combitation *#06#).
  • Double click "PC Sync" to install it and then double click on "Driver"
  • You will find in your hard drive a file named LGKU990 is in this file there is the "PC Suite".
    • Note that: The stylus, it is optional.
