Running an old program on Vista






Some program launch (before Vista) are not designed to run on it.
Fortunately, Vista has a feature that works with some programs.
This feature allows you to run software as if it was on Windows XP.
Install your program normally,
  • Right click on the desktop shortcut icon
  • Properties
  • Compatibility tab,
  • Check Run this program in compatibility mode for
  • Choose the system for which the program is conceived,
  • Confirm by clicking OK.
