[Sims 2] the cheat console can't be displayed on an HP PC






Issue

After installing Sims 2 and it's add-ons , you can no longer activate the cheat console (CTRL + SHIFT + C ) but istead it take a screenshot of the game.
Simple...,here's is how to tackle this problem.

Solution

For HP PC with Vista

The problem seems to come from the software "HP Health Check" which has the shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + C.
Go to Start/Programs/HP and right click on the program, then click "properties".
In the "Shortcut Key" there will be famous CTRL + SHIFT + C, delete what is written and then click OK to confirm.
