In fact Windows 7 will come with a selection screen that will be displayed at first launch Internet Explorer. It will allow the user to choose a browser from a list that includes of course the most popular ones (firefox ,Chrome...etc). Information about these browsers will be given and also a link for download will be provided.

Thus the user may choose to use or not Internet Explorer the first launch.
