Issue



When you browse certain video streaming sites such as YouTube, the following error message may appear:

You have disabled JavaScript or you have an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Download the latest version of Flash Player. 

Update Flash

  • Go to My Computer, then C:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
  • Find file: NPSWF32_FlasUtil and double click it.
  • The program update launches, follow the procedure to update the flash player.
  • After the update, restart the computer.

Other issues


It may happens when you change browser application (e.g from IE to chrome), that it is needed to install the flash plugin for the new browser.

Again you should get this type of error message when trying to stream video online.
