Dial up connection failed!


It may happen that your computer failed to connect to the internet if you use direct connection, i.e via telephone line.
  • The first thing that you should do is that you ensure that your cable is well plugged in both sides.
  • Ensure that your modem is switched on or well connected on correct port of your computer. For external modem, ensure power is switched on.
  • Ensure that remote server is functioning properly.
  • Verify that dial number for your accessed server is well input.
