Avast Obtaining your new licence key and get registered




Avast is one the first antivirus application for windows Microsoft windows. During first installation of Avast, your licence for operating this software is for a short period of two months approximately. To run this antivirus software again, you need to update from Avast website.

Go to link: http://www.avast.com/eng/home-registration.php

Then fill in the registration form and click on Register to obtain your licence key. (refer to image). You will receive your licence key directly via e-mail submitted.





To enable this operation, right click on the avast icon in the system tray.

Select About Avast (below image refer)




After this process, select Licence Key




Enter your licence key you received by e-mail. To ensure that you enter the right password, it is better that you copy from the mail and paste same in the opened window (below image refer).



Then click on OK to register password. You should be advised that operation succeed or not.
