Using the magnifier







Which this is very useful utility on Windows XP and Vista which helps you to magnify your screen contents which is better for presentations.
There are three ways to enable/run this option:

Using your mouse


• Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier

Using the keyboard


• Press the (Windows logo button + U) which will open the magnifier utility.

Using the Command


• Click on Start > Run > then type:
magnify


It is possible to suppress the alerts by modifying a key in the registry (Start / Run / regedit)
  • Search the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Magnify
  • Create, if it does not already exist, a new DWORD value called ShowWarning
  • Assign the value 0
