You have problems on your PC that you cannot solve alone?
This is a very convenient method for getting help from distance…
The principle was that the person helping who is going to help you takes control of your machine via MSN or WLM.
Above all, we need remote access enabled on the PC of the person who needs help. To do this:
Under XP
Right click on My Computer> Properties
Remote tab> and check the "Allow to remote assistance connections to this computer"
Under Vista
On the Start menu, right click Computer > properties
On the left pane, click Advanced System Settings> Using remote> and check the "Allow to remote assistance connections to this computer"
Then:
1. Run MSN or WLM on both PC and log into your account.
2. Open a discussion between those who aid and other
3. The person wishing to help click the Action menu> Request Remote Assistance
4. The person assisting should accept by clicking on the Accept link
5. After a few seconds, another window will open with the person who was helped. It should click "Yes" to accept that it connects to his computer.
6. The person assisting will see a large window where he can see and chat screen contact. You should click on "Take control" that could led to the computer with its mouse and keyboard. Previously he could only see the screen and could not act!
7. The assisted person should accept that the other take control by clicking "Yes" to the window that appears.
8. You can now perform tasks to distance!
9. Both sides can cut the connection at any time by clicking "Disconnect" (contact) or "release control" (the one that works).
Notes
The person requiring assistance sees what the other person is doing is on his computer. He also keeps under control!
Both sides can cut assistance at any time.
You can start an audio conversation to inform the contact.
We can send files on his computer.
The desktop of the person being cared for , will temporarily turns off and turns blue or black (probably to keep some privacy or gain speed connection).
