You will not create, use, or provide any server emulator or other site where Lineage II may be played, and you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to Lineage II without the express written permission of NC Interactive.




Are private servers legal?

Lineage II is the exclusive intellectual property of NCsoft Corporation. It is protected by copyright law in the United States and throughout the world. Any unauthorized copying of the Lineage II software is a crime. Copyright law provides for severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material. This includes all Lineage II software and accompanying sounds, images, and text. Furthermore, use of Lineage II in any way constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions of the User Agreement.

NCsoft actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights. If you know of any private servers, please report them using the Ask a Question feature in our Support Center.
