Optimal configuration of Antivir Personal







Antivir is a free antivirus for private use. It is lightweight and has a detection rate of recent threats high. You can download it by clicking here.
In order to grow to its fullest, I offer this tutorial. This article is therefore all the owners of the Personal (free version of the program).

This tutorial will explain the pictures and text will be divided into these two points:

Opening control panel of the antivirus


It is very easy, simply locate first the small white umbrella on red background in the icons in the taskbar (bottom right). Scroll using the arrow if necessary. Once the umbrella is found, right click it and select "Configure Antivir. This is the panel that appears.

Configuration


The panel of Antivir opens. The tutorial is here to help you with images and text.

* Then select "Expert Mode" menu and pull down the "Scanner" using the little "+".
* Then click on "Search". In the box "Files", select "All Files". In the box "Other settings", check only the following "boot sector players rech.", "Check master boot sectors", "Follow symbolic links" and "to Rech.Rootkit Dem. of research. "







So far for "Search" pull down menu now with the "+" to the left of "Search".
* Click on "Archives" and check boxes only: "Controlling Archives" and "All types of archives."




* Now attacking "Guard", click the "+" then click "Search". In the box "Search Mode", select "Check for reading and writing." In the box "Files", select "All Files" box and "Archives", check only "Check the archives.



* Now pull down the menu using the "+" to the left of "General". Go to "categories expanded dangers", check "Enable all".






* Now, you have finished with the optimal configuration of Antivir, click "OK" for that configuration is retained!
