Improving your Windows Startup

• Go to the Start Menu
• Run (or press Windows + R)
• Enter the console sysedit

Once in the panel (see below), you have C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT
In the panel, enter the console LH C: \ WINDOWS \ SMARTDRV.EXE, as you see.
This will help to manage the cache of the hard drive more easily on the back at startup.

• Save the file modification, and voila!

Some Informations

Unfortunately, this command is not by default in XP.

Simply place a command in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file, which is stored at the root of your hard drive C: \, and add the following line, as seen above:

LH C:\WINDOWS\SMARTDRV.EXE
(C:\represents the drive letter where Windows is installed)

Save, close and restart.

The AUTOEXEC.BAT file is loaded automatically when Windows starts, so the order will be executed.

Note that SMARTDRV also accelerates the flow of data on the hard disk.

WARNING! No change in other signs!
