Before we start

We will need:
• An Ipod Touch
• The App Store in ipod touch to download the free version of mochat VNC
• A pc
• Tight VNC software : http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger 276 tight vnc

Download Mocha VNC

Go in the App Store then in the search tab: type ‘’mocha’’ then search for MochatVNC Lite and then install this application.

Install Tight VNC

You should now have downloaded Tight VNC.
See how to install it:
• Open the installer (you will notice that the software is in English)
• Click Next, then click Next
• Choose the directory where you installed Tight VNC
• Choose "Full Installation" and make sure that all options are checked ( "TightVNC Server", "TightVNC Viewer" and "web pages and document")
• Select whether the program should appear in the Start menu
• Check the option "Associate. Vnc files with TightVNC Viewer" if you want the files. Vnc open with TightVNC Viewer
• Finish the installation
So Tight VNC is installed.

Configure Tight VNC

• Go to the directory where you installed Tight VNC and double-click WinVNC.exe
• Tight VNC icon will then be placed in the notification area (the icon in the shape of v):



• Double click it, you're in the menu Tight VNC:



• Enter your password in "Primary password"
• You need to check on the image
• Be sure to select "Auto" in "Display or port numbers to use"
• Now you can click "Apply".

Configure Mocha VNC

Start Mocha VNC on your iPod Touch.
• Press the "menu"
• Select "Edit Connections"
• Choose a "not used" of your choice
• In "VNC Server IP address" enter the IP address you gave Tight VNC:
1. Place your mouse over the icon in Tight VNC bar notification of just now, it gives you the IP address (probably 192.168.un chiffre.un digit)
2.Now, enter the IP address in the text bar VNC Server IP address.
• In "VNC Server Port" enter "5900"
• In "VNC Password" enter the password you put on Tight VNC (it's very important, otherwise the connection does not do)
• You can now press "Connect"


You're connected to your computer!
