Preliminary method

1. Important: If you have Vista, you must disable UAC time for disinfection.
2. Important : If you have TeaTimer (Spybot resident), disable it or it will interfere with disinfection.
• Start Spybot, click Mode, select Advanced Mode.
• On the left, click Tools, then Resident.
• Uncheck the box in front Resident "TeaTimer" and then quit Spybot:

Navilog1

Option 1 : Search

• Under XP: Double click and install then run.
• Under Vista: Right Click on Navilog1 on your desktop then Run as administrator mode.
• When it has installed, press on E for English.
• Then press a key to get to the options menu.
• Press 1 to run, searching.
• Then leave the program to work, It can take about 10 minutes.
• A report will be generated in a notepad at the end of the analysis.
• Then it will be automatically saved in your hard drive c: (c:\fixnavi.txt)

Option 2: Automatic disinfection

• Run Navilog1 like you did.
• This time, press 2 to execute the automatic disinfection.
• The PC will restart.
• After restarting, a report will be generated in notepad.
• Verify that everything has been erased because some files may not be erased during the automatic disinfection. If this happen:
• Run Navilog1 again.
• Press E for English.
• Press a key to get to the options menu.
• Press 4 to run a manual disinfection.
• For example you can type the file name : qxpqcds
• Run the disinfection and then verify that the generated report has been successfully erased.

Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

It may be that there are traces of infections after disinfection with Navilog1.

• Check that everything is properly checked and click delete selected.
