On Windows systems the message "It is now safe to turn off your computer, since the motherboard and case permit, to ensure that the system starts automatically switched off.

To do this open the editor of the registry (Start / Run / regedit)

Position yourself on: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Windows NT / CurrentVersion / Winlogon



Edit or create the string value "PowerDownAfterShutdown" and set its value to "1".
