Issue


When opening of Outlook Express you get the following error message: 


MSIMN caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL

Solution


This problem may be due to activation of the option "Hang up after sending and receiving" in Outlook



To remedy this, simply uncheck this option in Outlook:
  • Open Microsoft Outlook without connecting to the messaging.
  • Click on Tools / Options and select the Connection tab
  • Uncheck the option "Hang up after sending and receiving"
  • Validate OK
  • Restart Outlook
