Analysing a file with VirusTotal







For security purposes, if you distrust about a suspicious file downloaded, it is recommended that you make a complete scan of your computer in order to avoid any damage on your computer system.

Virustotal is a website link that allows you to analyse your file online.


Click on below link to access this website:

http://www.virustotal.com/



Once on the website, click on browse and select the file you wish to analyze and click on “send file”.


Then follow the instruction as per provided by the screen to proceed as shown below.
