Automatic Formatting of exhibitors and indices

The automatic correction tool under Microsoft allows you to recognize word only by typing abbreviations which ease your work.

In this tips we will extend your knowledge by showing how Microsoft Words can automatically fit indices or exhibitors.
For example, measurement units square centimeters, cubic centimeters etc ...

Here, we will perform for less than 1 centimeter
Type 1-cm
Put the "-1" by exposing
Select cm-1, then "Ctrl + C"
Go to Tools > AutoCorrect Options and go to tab "AutoCorrect"


In the window, you will see the selected text. Click on the button "Text Format". In the text box below "Replace", enter the term for which replace Word formatting accordingly. Click "Add", and confirmed by OK.
