Unable to save microphone sound





Solution


First of all, check the volume level of the microphone by performing a test with the sound recorder of your operating system:

To access same, go to menu Start > All programs > Accessories > Entertainment and finally double click on Sound Recorder.

If it does not work, ensure that the microphone is selected as default microphone under Windows.

Click on Windows Volume control > Options > Properties > Recording / OK / Select.

Go to volume Control Panel and unchecked Mute for the micro.


Check whether the jack is well plugged at the back of the computer. The jack for microphone is always marked with a microphone at the back of the computer.

Do not forget to test your microphone on another computer.
