Online scan with TRENDMICRO HouseCall








First of all, open internet explorer and go to the addresse below:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Click on "Scan now, it's free!" as per below screenshot.

  • Check "I accept" and click on "call HouseCall"
  • If Windows ask Allow Internet Explorer by clicking on "Unlock"
  • Click "Start HouseCall"
  • If Windows ask Allow Internet Explorer by clicking on "Unlock"
  • Click "Start HouseCall"
  • Internet Explorer displays a warning ActiveX:
  • Choose "Install ActiveX Control":
  • Click Install> "continue":
  • Wait for the installation and automatic updates of antivirus (this may take a short while) and the virus check your files.
  • If a virus is found, the virus you know.
  • Click on Clear to delete the file.
