Uninstall Windows Media 9, 10, 11







This tips is designated to show how to uninstall Windows Media Player completely from your system.
However for version WMP1O and WMP11, you just have to go to Control Panel and do the necessary. Click on below link for a know how to proceed:-

However for Windows Media Player 9, it is a little more complicated as it does not appear on the Add/Remove Programs.

To proceed, you will have to run the below listed command in the menu “Run” in order to remove WMP9.

Go to Menu “Start” and select “Run”.

Copy/Paste the following command and click on OK.
:
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %SystemRoot%\inf\wmp.inf,Uninstall

Then restart your computer to save all configurations in your computer system.
