Optimizing the referencing your PDF files

• Make sure that your PDF files are in a text format, not in a vectorized text format or a bitmap.
• Fill in the properties of documents, files that are provided by Adobe software that tags <title> and <meta> are to HTML documents (in particular the "title" property).
• Your content must be worked properly, like a web page.
• If you include links in your documents, be sure to make use of the titles of links.
• Remember to format versions of the engines,some may not be compatible with the latest version of Acrobat.
• Be sure to keep file size reasonable. If your files are too large, their content will not be indexed
• Set the display order of the elements in your document.
• "Tag" your PDF files.
• Define titles and alternative texts for images.
