Below is a tip of how to proceed to format your obstinate usb drive.


1. Right click on My Computer and select Manage.

2. Open Device Manager and find your USB drive under Disk drives.

3. Right-click on the drive and select Properties.

4. Choose Policies tab and select the "Optimize for performance".

Select OK.

6. Go back to My computer.

7. Select the flash player.

8. Choosing FAT, FAT 32 or NTFS File System in the menu.

9. Device formatting is complete.
