Physical dump memory - File Memory.dmp
Under the following operating systems (Windows NT / Windows 2000 / Windows XP), during a big crash of the system, the system proceeds to a dump which consist of copying the contents of memory (RAM) in a file on the hard disk.
The file created, named Memory.dmp is usually of big size because it contains all data in memory before the crash.
You can securely delete this file if the system works correctly after reboot.
It is set as default Windows directory under:
C: \ Windows \ Memory.dmp
