DELAY DISPLAY OF START MENU

You can speed up the display start menu by changing a key in the registry. To do this, you have to change the value of MenuShowDelay under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop

The value indicated is the number of milliseconds before the deployment and display of the items. The value set as default is 400. To have an immediate response, you just have to put the value as zero. It is however recommended to maintain the value between 10 and 100.
