CNXMON.EXE has encountered a problem
This issue is involved in Wanadoo subscribers is due to an incompatibility between the "Component information software and Outlook Express Service Pack 2 for Windows (SP2).
Solution
In the main window in Outlook Express, click on "
View" > "
Arrangement of the window"
In the open window, uncheck the option "
display information”.
Option 2
Go to menu “
Start” and select “
Run”.
Type “
msconfig” in the open window.
Another window will open as per below image.
In the menu bar, select “
Startup”.
Scroll to and uncheck the box “
cnxmon.exe”
Then click on “
Apply” and press “
OK”.
Restart your computer to save all settings.
