IPX/SPX protocol under Windows Vista
IPX/SPX: Internetwork Packet Exchange/Sequenced Packet Exchange
The protocol
IPX/ SPX allow some old games to play in network (Red Alert, Command & Conquer, etc.)
This function is not supported by vista (32 bit).

Once the file downloaded, extract the contents of the ZIP file in the root
C: \) partition of your hard disk.
- Go to Control Panel and Network and Sharing Center
- In the left window part, select Manage network connections
- Double-click on your connection and select Properties
- Click on Set up and select Protocol
- Do not select the protocol "NWLink IPX / SPX / NetBIOS Compatible Transport Protocol" should normally be listed in the list of network protocols.
- Click on "Disk" and scroll to C: \ Windows \ inf
- Select netnwlnk.inf and press OK.
- Select the protocol NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBIOS Compatible Transport Protocol
- Vista indicates that the publisher could not be verified
- Click on Install
