Manipulating Excel comments






Associating an explanatory comment to a cell


Put your cursor on cell you want to comment.
Right-click the cell, then Insert a comment ..Click to validate.

Customizing the format of this comment


Accessing its formatting is not well marked, you need:
Position your cursor on the cell.
Right-click on Modify comment
Position the cursor in the bottom corner to the right of the comment to show up the inclined double arrow.
right-click.
select Comment Format.


You now have access to a wider range of settings.
For example, you can choose the background color, size and color of the text, features, automatic sizing, etc ...
It is even possible to insert a photo.
