Connection issues with the FreeBox/LiveBox/ AOL/Alice/Neuf Box

• 1) Update the drivers (drivers) of the motherboard,
• 2) Windows Update (Service Pack 1 or 2) using Windows Update
• 3) Prefer Ethernet connection rather than the USB connection to the modem provided by your ISP. Typically Ethernet offers more stability and provides a gain in terms of performance.
