Calling SFR from abroad

Issue

I would like to contact the SFR network operator to unlock my mobile phone bought in France.
What is the number to call from abroad?

Solution

• The termination service is accessible on the 0033 811 707 175
• Note that: You must send a letter to unsubscribe for your mobile plan, you can't perform this operation via telephone.
• You can contact the SFR customer service on the 0033 6 1000 1900, after pressing the # key, press 0 (zero). To speak to someone from the customer services, press 1.
• For other services: SIM card, add credit on an account call on the 0033 6 1000 1023.
