Nintendo. Wii's hardware mainly consists of an Optical disc drive, internal flash memory and a
Wii remote. One also has the option of using external hardware such as an SD card to increase memory. On the software side it also provides advanced features such as
parental control with password protection. If the user forgets this
parental control password and the
secret code, then the only option left to recover the lost information is to
reset the password through the
Wii website.

Issue
I recently bought a Wii console. I tried to connect the Wii to the internet, but when I wanted to return the connection parameters, it asked me for a secret code. I can't find it anywhere, and I've never come up with this code myself. What can I do?
Solution
It's very simple. If you forgot your password and no longer know the secret answer, Wii gives you a number which you will have to enter on the release site in Forget Password.
You will then get the general code of deactivation which it is likely will vary depending on the number.
