How do I tell the Office Assistant to go away?

Haven't you ever been annoyed by a stupid staple or a little dog while typing in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel ? Wanna get rid of this little companion ?

• 1. Click on the Office Assistant, and click on "Options".
• 2. Clear the Use Office Assistant check box.

You can also customize the behaviour of the Office Assistant. To do so, check or clear the checkboxes on the Options tab.
