Keyboard and Mouse won't work at same time

Issue

I have a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard that has always worked perfectly. I moved the computer and when I hooked everything back up I can only get the mouse to work and then if I get the keyboard to work the mouse won't work. Any suggestions appreciated ?

Solution

You should try to "resync" the transmitter with both the keyboard and mouse.
And you might want to remove the battery from each device and then replace them before you resync.

To Resync:
I think there is a "connect" button on the bottom of the keyboard and the mouse. It's true that you can only sync one at a time. You might try to sync the in a different order (first the mouse then the keyboard.
Make sure that there's no other device in the surroundings!
