Entering a Tilde on MAC

MAC computers running on Apple's MacOS do not have a key for entering a tilde on their MAC.The tilde which is denoted by ~, is present on most keyboards. The absence of the tilde in MAC keyboards can cause inconvenience for those who need to use the character frequently when working. The tilde, though not present as a direct key on the keyboards of MAC computers, can be printed through a combination of keys. To print a tilde on a MAC, a simple combination of the alt key and a character key need to be pressed. Entering a tilde on a MAC is easy.
