Unable to open Hotmail inbox
Recently you have been trying to log into your Hotmail account and check your email. However, when you do this it takes you to a page that tells you to enter your password and re-agree to all the privacy statements. You've done this over and over, and all it does is refreshing the page, still not letting you into view your emails.
I found this solution and it worked for me:
- 1. The date on your PC needs to be set properly -- double-click on the clock to verify that
the time and date are set.
- 2. Clear your Internet Explorer cache and cookies -- open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then
Internet Options, then click on the Delete Files button, and click the Delete Cookies button.
- 3. Check your Internet Explorer Security settings -- open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then
Internet Options, then click on the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section, and verify that "Check
for server certificate revocation" is unchecked. Also verify that "Use SSL 2.0' and Use SSL
3.0" is checked, then click OK.
- 4. Click Start, then Run, and enter the following:
